Are you an experienced Administrator? Do you have a flexible and organised approach to work? Can you work to deadlines?

Our client is an educational establishment and are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their very busy team. You will be required to provide support to the Director and Managers with planning, organising, overseeing student activity and supporting with administrative tasks to ensure successful student outcomes.

Key skills required are:

  • Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to utilise databases

  • Good communication skills with the ability to handle all types of telephone and face to face contact

  • Ability to prepare correspondence accurately to a high standard

  • A flexible and organised approach to work with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
