An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a public sector organisation in the E14 area.

Successful candidates would have strong IT skills, minute taking experience would be desirable.

Key Duties:

  • Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries

  • Data input using systems and spreadsheets

  • Scanning and filing

  • Dealing with routine correspondence

  • Maintain electronic diary

  • Take accurate and concise minutes

  • Using Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
