Our client is looking for an administrator to join their friendly and professional HR team. Although initially this will be a short term contract, for the right candidate this could potentially lead to a permanent opportunity. You will be working for a company who invest in their employees, offer full training and encourage career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General HR administration

  • Processing payroll and pension auto enrolment

  • Administration of HR systems

  • Recruitment and new hire administration

  • Leaver administration

  • Occupational Health co-ordination

  • Training administration

  • Security administration

  • Assistance with work experience and internships

  • Reception duties

Role Specification:

  • CIPD qualifications are not essential but a desire to work towards these in the future is advantageous

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word

  • Excellent office administration skills including prioritising and managing own workload

  • Experience in an administrative role is essential

  • Experience in an HR role is desirable
