We are currently looking for an administrator to provide a professional and confidential service for Devon & Cornwall and Dorset Police. This position is full time and to start as soon as possible, based at the Police HQ in Winfrith, Dorset.


  • Maintaining record systems

  • Diary management support

  • Meeting support and administration

  • Dealing with face to face and telephone queries

  • General office duties including making travel arrangements, raising debtor invoices, dealing with seized cash

  • Provide support to Superintendent / head of department


  • Experience with MS Office

  • Excellent customer care skills

  • Effective communication skills

  • Good organisational skills
