Adecco Birmingham are recruiting for an Administrator, Band 4. This is a full time temporary role for 3 to 6 months. The role is to start as soon as possible.


This is an exciting opportunity for you to work in a big organisation based in central Birmingham. No two days will be the same and the role is varied with an opportunity for you to try your hand with multiple tasks. You may be required to travel to Solihull once a month.



  • Developing agendas and capturing, managing actions logs for meetings

  • Arranging meetings, liaising with other administrative teams to look at diaries to arrange meetings and meeting rooms

  • Dealing with team requests

  • Booking desks for the team

  • Collating returns and logging responses

  • Managing a mailbox, responding and fielding queries to others in the team.

  • Any other administrative tasks


To be successful for this role, you must have good IT skills,good skills in using Microsoft office, Adobe Acrobat and be able to work your way around different electronic systems such as desk and meeting room systems.
