Adecco are looking to recruit an Administrator to work for our Client in Bolton, on a temporary basis.


  • Dealing with a range of enquiries.

  • Processing purchase orders.

  • Ensuring sufficient stocks of stationery are maintained.

  • Recording documentation associated with visits and trips.

  • Assisting with the Enrolment process.

  • Maintaining spreadsheets and databases.

  • Providing general administrative support through photocopying/filing/post distribution/minuter taking.

  • Assisting in creating/updating resources and materials.

  • Processing pay claims, staffing returns, recording of income and expenditure, travel claims etc.

  • Supporting with reception duties.

  • Assisting with the preparation of information for audit and inspections.

Prevous admin experience is essential.

Additional Information

Duration: Temporary throughout July, possibly August

Days: Monday - Friday

Hours: 9:00 - 17:300

Salary: £8.91ph
