Temporary role with the potential to go permanent.

40 hours per week

Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm , Friday 8am - 4.30pm.

£9.61 per hour

Outskirts of Andover.

Candidate will ideally drive due to location and nature of business.

Our Client is looking for an administrator to join their busy office on the outskirts of Andover. The successful candidate will be reliable, have good attention to detail and work well within a team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Accurate and timely recording of proof of deliveries and goods received notes.

  • Dealing with invoice queries.

  • Liaising with site managers.

  • Matching invoices on system.

  • Liaising with suppliers.

  • Inputting data onto system.

  • Answering calls.

  • General filing of documents and invoices.

  • Maintaining KPI's

Skills required

  • Strong admin background.

  • Good numeracy skills (for ordering materials and sometimes converting measurements)

  • Experience in a similar role would be desirable.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office packages especially Excel.

  • Be able to prioritise work load.

Training will be given and the role would be to start as soon as possible. There is also potential for progression within the company if a permanent role is offered. If you feel you have the skills and experience required, I would love to hear from you.
