Adecco Bristol are delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator within an established, leading technology provider based in East Bristol. Giving support to their valuable clients, you will be an asset to a dedicated team who endeavour to support their customers with their facilities needs.


  • Switchboard and taking calls

  • Relaying messages and liaising with other departments

  • Dealing with queries and providing useful information to clients

  • Managing engineers movements either on site or within the office

  • Ordering parts through the system


  • Knowledge of some administrative duties

  • Ability to understand internal software

  • High level of customer and client contact

  • Offer strong support to colleagues and the immediate team
