Adecco Bristol are thrilled to be working with an award winning, real estate business based in the heart of Clifton. Their vacancy of a Team Administrator is a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop your skill set with a business who work on a global level.

The right candidate has previous experience in a real estate environment, has strong Excel and Word skills and has a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Duties include:

* Diary management
* Arranging internal and external meetings and booking meeting rooms
* Use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to register and manage client contact details, input instruction details, raise fee invoices and issue to clients and assist our accounts team with obtaining payment
* Billings updates, maintenance of billings schedules, reconciliation and analysis
* Preparation of reports/presentations/tenders production when required
* Update business development materials incl. brochures, CV's, case studies and website biographies
