Salary: up to £24,000


Benefits: 21 days holiday, increasing to 25 days after 12 months



Adecco are thrilled to be working with a manufacturer in East Bristol to support them with their current vacancy. Their main duty will be to Administrate all documentation at St George production and distribution depot.


The candidate must be a confident communicator both verbally and written, with the ability to appropriately prioritise and plan tasks whilst working under pressure to meet deadlines.


Duties:



  • To maintain 'Dispatch' wall - ensuring weekly reports are run and all order pick notes are printed and sorted into relevant loads.

  • To check for any changes in customer orders and updates against new loading schedule for each day

  • To print 'Pick notes' and 'Delivery Notes' for orders ex St George depot.

  • To stock check and order PPE as requested.

  • To admin weekly Pigment counts, create suggested order for approval, and ordering.

  • To help administer the health and safety portal.
