To supply all areas of Administration to a busy service department to include the following:



  • Taking calls from customers - booking in breakdowns and services.

  • Arranging the jobs with the engineers

  • Putting together quotes for extra work required

  • Requesting start up orders from customers

  • Getting updates from engineers and updating customers

  • Processing data from the engineer's service reports (to make them ready to be sent to our invoicing department)

  • Processing engineers time sheets and monthly wage reports

  • Updating service records / schedules

  • Supplying service documentation to customers


What we are looking for from you



  • A team player able to communicate across all levels

  • Able to provide front line support to both customers and colleagues

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Able to work with the minimum of supervision

  • Sound educational background; and experience gained in a similar role within a service environment would be an advantage.
