Adecco are looking for administrators to work at the Home Office in Sheffield as Caseworkers until Sep 22. You will need a good eye for details as you will be involved in checking information related to candidates looking to extend, renew or apply for visa in the UK

Hours Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week (core hours are 10-3pm, start and finish time can work around these core hours)

The Role

  • Provide effective and timely customer care

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of legislation guidelines

  • Examine visa documentation

  • Good IT knowledge ideally word and excel

Security Clearance Due to the nature of the work SC you will require security clearance

  • Resided in the UK for the last 3 years 

  • Have a *current* British Passport or settlement status due to the sensitive nature of the work 

  • NI Number  

  • 2 x proof of addresses (all in UK) 

  • 5 years full history with no gaps of more than 1 month 

3 years solid reference with no gaps of more
