Adecco are pleased to be recruiting for a temporary administrator to join our team over our busy Christmas period.

Based in our office in Chester City centre, you will be supporting our team in the delivery of a large temporary workforce of retail staff during our Christmas peak.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Pre-screening applicants over the phone and booking registration sessions

  • Greeting visitors to the branch and helping with in-person interviews

  • Ensuring all applicant information is loaded onto our payroll system

  • Sending out email confirmations, rotas and online assessments

  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries

Working hours will be between 0830-1730 with occasional need to work extended hours to meet demand.

Must be able to start on or before the 27th November and be able to work weekdays up until 20th December.
