Adecco are proud to be recruiting for an Administrator, on behalf of a great client, based in Chester city centre.

You will be providing an administration support for the business, and customer service for it's customers.

Salary: £19,000-£20,000

Location: Chester, hybrid working

Hours: Monday-Friday, office hours

Duration: Permenant

Main Responsibilities:

  • Speaking to contractors who are looking to join the client.

  • Talking contractors through the process of setting up for payroll & the benefits our client can offer.

  • Provide payroll information regarding Tax, NI contributions, Tax Codes etc

  • Advise on & ensure we comply with Internal processes, Government Legislation & Home Office right to work policies

  • Data entry & proactively obtaining missing information

  • Processing details for payroll

  • Communicating with other departments internally & external Agencies in a professional manner

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft office - Outlook, Excel

  • Great communication skills - phone & email

  • Ability to answer questions & resolve any queries raised in an efficient way
