You wlll be providing reception & adminisration duties for a busy professional office, the reception being the first point of contact with clients and, therefore, a role which creates the most important first impression.


Key duties:



  • Answering the telephone, logging calls, taking messages and ensuring messages passed on to the relevant person.

  • Dealing with clients / contractors / other stakeholders

  • Maintaining office diary.

  • Keeping stationery inventory and placing orders.

  • Opening office mail and franking mail.

  • General letters

  • Minutes of Meetings

  • Raising Applications for Payment, taking payments and allocating payments

  • Raising and posting Purchase Invoices

  • Recording Petty cash items

  • Processing Timesheets

  • Recording staff expenses and mileage records
