We have an opportunity to work within our Higher Education client based in Uxbribge, North West London. This is for a temporary Administrator / Customer Service post paying £12.22. This role is 100% campus based so you must be able to travel to Uxbridge daily.

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch (determined by rota, but either 12 -1 or 1-2)

We have 3 roles, 1 of the roles will be starting on the 6th September and 2 of the roles will be starting on the 13th September.


Administration duties

Approving and declining oyster card applications

Parking applications online

Printing ID cards

Filing and photocopying

Replying to emails about oyster card and parking applications

  • Experience of working in a busy administrative / Customer Service environment.

  • Intermediate - advanced working knowledge of Microsoft office (particularly excel)

  • Ability to work well within a team.

  • Ability to prioritise own workload and deliver excellent service by specified deadlines.

  • Proven commitment to delivering an outstanding level of customer service.

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent standard of written and oral communication

  • Fast learner who is pro-active

  • Ability to maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude
