ADMINISTRATOR

DESCRIPTION

Adecco are recruiting on behalf of one of the world's leading accountancy and advisory organisations. They have clients of all types and sizes, in every sector.
They provide an Administrative service to a number of high profile projects. They are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join their busy Corporate Secretarial Department to work exclusively within a dedicated project team.

Responsibilities include:
* Preparing all required files for new submissions received, reviewing the information received, scanning it and uploading it to the relevant IT system
* Proactively managing correspondence to and from all stakeholders as appropriate
* Preparing documentation for onward electronic transmission
* Monitoring the status of all submissions
* Management of the internal database within Data Protection requirements and running weekly and monthly reports for management
* Preparation of responses to queries received for approval by more senior team members and subsequent dispatch
* Preparation of agenda, meeting packs and reports for weekly meetings and sharing same through a secure online system
* General office duties (answering phone, filing, post management, etc.)
* Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirements as needed
Experience, Skills and Qualifications Needed:
* A minimum of 2 year's experience in an administration, coordination or PA role in a business environment
* A business related degree or administration degree/diploma
* Strong team player
* Strong proactive approach with an ability to work on your own initiative
* Ability to prioritise tasks and operate to strict time deadlines
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Experience of working with online file sharing and database systems would be a distinct advantage
* Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to prepare written responses to queries received
* Strong Microsoft Office skills e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
