Logistics Administrator
Full Time, Monday- Friday, 35 hrs pw
£22,000, p.a + annual discretionary bonus scheme
Based in Pynes Hill


We are currently seeking an experienced administrator to join a well-established global toy manufacturer! The successful candidate will be responsible for organising the sales order processing & dealing with customer/client queries. Duties will include but are not limited to:



  • Communitcaring with Suppliers & Existing Clients via phone & email

  • Maintain relationships with suppliers & dedicated client base

  • Sales order entry

  • Provide top quality customer service - answering queries, checking orders

  • Invoicing duties

  • Liaising with other departments to deliver a full service

  • General Office Administration


This role is fast paced and requires someone with a logistical and proactive approach to planning and administrative tasks who also enjoys customer interaction & providing a great customer journey.


Ideal Skills/Experience



  • Excellent Customer Service experience

  • Strong administration skills

  • Strong communications skills both written & verbal

  • Good IT skills - experience using SAP/ERP systems ideal
