Adecco are proudly recruiting for an Administrator (Export Coordinator) for our well-established client based on Deeside Industrial Park working within a warehouse and an office environment.
The ideal candidate will be a organised, punctual and have an eye for accuracy - someone who is looking for a new challenge. You will also possess strong administrative skills, an understanding of systems is advantageous but not essential. You will be joining a warm and welcoming team who will support you with your career goals!
Pay: £9.90ph
Working Hours: Temporary (maternity cover) - potential to become permanent., Full time. Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm 40 hours pw
Currently they are working 1 week at home and 1 week in the office.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Managing Day to Day queries, tracking orders via email
- Data entry on to spreadsheets (basic knowledge)
- Using Outlook to manage PO numbers/orders and processing them on Sage
- Collate and supply information as and when required to other departmental managers and 3rd parties ensuring the swift movement of our goods into the EU.
- Manage express requests on all web related ordered.
- Manage daily bespoke reports relating to all web orders.
- To answer inbound calls from customers (MAX 5 a day)
- Dealing with customers in a professional and courteous manner - ensuring the customer is satisfied at the end of each call
- To ensure all paperwork required both internally and externally is always up to date
Desired Experience/ Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Confident telephone manner and proactive sales approach
- Positive Attitude, hard worker and enthusiastic
- A team player in a customer service environment
- Computer literacy, including Excel and Word and ability to learn new software (Sage)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Professional, courteous and conscientious manner.
- Good organisational skills
- An eagerness to learn new skills and an ability to adapt quickly
- Trustworthy nature with experience of handling confidential data.
- Good time management skills with ability to prioritise jobs and multi-task
