Working Hours Mon - Thurs 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 2pm


Salary £9.31 - £9.54 per hour due to location drivers license & own transport would be preffered.


Main Duties



  • To assist in the implementation and maintenance of the QMS in accordance with the requirements of ISO 13485 and the MDD.

  • Originating, coordinating and closing of Non-Conformance Reports, ensuring quarantine and reprocessing/disposal of affected materials.

  • Write protocols for product rework/disposition

  • To provide information relating to Quality Assurance at the request of customers, via Quality Assurance Questionnaires or otherwise.




2. Customer complaints feedback



� Distribute complaint to relevant department for investigation.


� Input investigation results into complaints spreadsheet.


� Distribute complaint investigation documentation to relevant personnel to allow credit to be issued where applicable.


� Send closing letter to customer.



  • Update complaints spreadsheet with preventative action effectiveness after one



3. Sterilisation Certificates



� Check sterilisation certificates for correct cycle and parameters against documented requirements.


� Check off pallets from certificate on request forms ensuring correct cycle was used.


� Input processed sterilisation certificates into Despatches Database.


� Copy certificates & issue to Despatches Department


� Archive approved Sterilisation Certificates.



4. Auditing



Batch records


When trained provided, possibly manufacturing processes



5. General




  • To deal with any other quality related matters as required.

  • To deal with all elements of the job in a timely, thorough and professional way.

  • To immediately report any problems that may affect an area of responsibility.

  • To work to company procedures and specifications at all times.

  • To observe the principles and requirements of GMP.

  • To work to company quality requirements at all times.

  • To control the care of company assets and resources within the quality department business area,

  • To participate within the management team to ensure good information flow and coordinated company progress.
