Mon- Fri 9am-5pm

Job Spec:

  • Assist the sales team with stock availability and order allocation

  • Data checking and order tracking

  • Maintaining and updating data bases

  • Invoice checking and authorisation

  • Data entry & maintaining filing systems

  • Answering/transferring phone call's occasionally

Person spec:

  • Administrative experience

  • Strong excel skills

  • Good communication skills

  • Good attention to detail
