Adecco are proud to be recruiting on behalf of North Wales Police for an Administrator to work within their Justice Administration department on a 6 month assignment.


- To carry out transactional administrative elements of the Collisions, Tickets, Summons, Charge, Process Management, Witness Care and related processes in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with the SLAs

- To provide a dedicated witness care function in respect of Trial Casework as well as providing information to victims and witnesses as laid down in national guidance.

- To maintain and update both Internal and External IT systems and records relevant to the transactional function

- To work closely and liaise with both internal and external agencies, dealing with general enquiries efficiently and effectively.

- Assess and escalate any enquiries to the relevant level if required.

- To ensure performance monitoring information is collected and collated.

- Dealing with correspondence and telephone enquiries from internal and external customers, responding to same at the appropriate level ensuring compliance with internal procedures, timescales and data protection


The role requires applicants who can demonstrate skills in the following areas:

- Clerical/Administrative experience to include filing, indexing, photocopying, typing

- The use of Information Technology to an intermediate level of at least 35wpm and a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

- Proven communication skills

- Self-motivated and pro-active with the proven ability to prioritise and complete tasks to meet specific deadlines

- Ability to work as part of a team or independently using own initiative

- Welsh level 2 / 3

Please note this post is part time, working 25 hours per week.

This post will be office based and also working from home on an agile basis.
