My Client is currently seeking an Administrator to join their Team on a permanent basis. They are situation on the out skirts of Kendal, Working hours are 8am to 4.30pm , with a 3.30pm finish on a Friday (This can be flexible for the right candidate.

The point part of this role is to assist with the administrative side of the Business.

This is a varied role, duties include but are not limited to:-

* Incoming & outgoing phone calls

* Incoming & outgoing post & emails

* Typing customer quotes & invoices from audio

* Banking cheques & chasing overdue invoices

* Schedule meetings & reminders

* Assist with sub-contracts, risk assessments & method statements

* Assist with payroll & HR

* Arrange staff training

* Process supplier invoices & assist with ordering

* Data entry onto excel spreadsheets & quickbooks

* Social media

* Website edits

* Internet usage

* Filing & office housekeeping

* Basic IT troubleshooting

* Previous experience working in an Office Admin role is required with a good knowledge of Microsoft packages

* Knowledge of Quickbooks & Brightpay would be advantageous

* High level of accuracy & attention to detail

* Work can be fast paced at times, you must be able to work under pressure to strict deadlines

* You will often work in the office on your own, you must be able to work unsupervised as well as alongside the Company Director's & other colleagues

* Good communication skills & good telephone manner

* Self-motivated & excellent organisational skills. Able to organise own workload
