Adecco are really pleased to be working with a superb facilities Management company based in Leeds, providing a range of hard and soft services including building maintenance, window cleaning, air conditioning maintenance, catering equipment maintenance, boiler maintenance, fit-out, refurbishments and more.


They are looking for a Helpdesk Co-Ordinator to work in the Leeds office.


Role & Responsibilities



  • Supporting clients with all incoming helpdesk queries, via telephone and email

  • Setting up accounts with new suppliers and sub-contractors

  • Providing basic account administrative support including invoicing, maintenance scheduling, budgeting and expenses management

  • Managing / recording property works and maintenance

  • Instructing sub-contractors to carry out works where necessary

  • Managing sub-contractors to ensure they follow procedures

  • Preparing meeting agendas, minute taking, diary management, and presentation creation.

  • Providing administrative support to the wider business team, including but not limited to emails, correspondence, documents and filing.


The Successful Candidate Will Have/Be:



  • Experience working in facilities, maintenance and/or property maintenance or management

  • Experience working on a client helpdesk in the property or facilities sectors

  • Experience or familiarity with a computer aided facilities management (CAFM) system.

  • Have the appetite to learn and take on new challenges

  • IT literate and very competent with all basic Microsoft office programmes

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • A proactive approach with the ability to show personal drive and enthusiasm

  • Strong planning, organisation and administration skills

  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills

  • Some knowledge of accounting would be useful but is not essential

  • A team player with the ability to work independently


Monday to Friday


£10 per hour
