I have an exciting opportunity for an administrator with excellent customer service skills.

This is a full time, permanent role within a well established business based in Leeds.

The duties will cover some of the following:

  • Telephone liaison - Gathering information

  • Working to monthly targets.

  • Identify process improvements where possible.

  • Professionally and promptly responding to all inbound and outbound correspondence, telephone calls, faxes and emails.

  • Update of case manager computer systems.

  • Correctly interpret data.
