Adecco Recruitment are currently for an Administrator to work for a successful and growing business based in Bamber Bridge, Preston.



Status: Permanent, Full Time


Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5pm with 45 minute lunch


Salary: £19,000-£21,000 per annum

This is a general administration role. Experience working as a Construction Administrator is advantageous.



The role is responsible for:



  • Printing construction issue drawings, folding and distributing to site

  • Creating Operation & Maintenance Manuals in pdf binders & bookmarks

  • Scanning and filing documents on the server

  • Filing of signed Sub-Contract Orders & Purchase Orders

  • Updating Health & Safety spreadsheet for external H&S site visits

  • Completing Reception duties on a weekly basis e.g. answering calls, greeting visitors, making drinks, sorting incoming and outgoing post

  • Printing CCS Poster packs and issuing to site

  • Archiving site documents from the end of a project

  • Maintaining office archive records

  • Visiting Safestore to archive records

  • Answering phone calls as and when needed

  • Creating labels

  • Typing letters
