Our client based on the outskirts of Lincoln are looking for an Administrator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.


The role is working Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.


The main duties of the role include;



  • Entering orders onto the companies system

  • Producing a pick sheet for the despatch team

  • Use Sage to raise PO numbers and book couriers

  • Book in deliveries for certain customers

  • Resolving queries over the phone and by email

  • Franking post and taking to the post office

  • Plus any other adhoc duties as required


The successful candidate will have their own transport to get to work due to the location, have worked in a similar/relevant role previously, be confident and professional and to be able to take responsibility for your own work.
