My client is currently looking for an experienced Training Administrator to join there award-winning training provider company.

This is a temporary position until roughly the end of October, with the potential to turn permanent for the right person.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5pm and Friday 8:30am-4pm.


  • Helping learners and employers sign up

  • Supporting the learners with their applications

  • Help with all paper work

  • Scan documents onto systems

  • Organise and manage documents, paper work and applications

  • Uploading info onto spreadsheet

  • Answering phones

  • Make sure applications are done correctly

  • Provide advise and help for those who are struggling to complete there applications

  • Referrals


  • Training Experience Beneficial

  • Confidence and strong communication skills

  • Ability to use own initiative

  • Organise own workload

  • Work well under pressure and in a fast pace environment

  • DBS check
