Adecco have an exciting opportunity for Administrator to work in London Euston for a major Client



Specific Skills/ Tasks



  • Organise bid documentation in support of bid manager:


* Format bid documents to standard style and format.


*Filing / archiving / cross referencing to support tender (bid)


*� Ensure bid documentation version control in place and bids are using correct versions.


* Compile documents ready for submission to client


* Liaise directly with bid contributors to ensure timely submission.



  • Track progress of Bid Document content in Bid Sharepoint Site.

  • Supporting bid management in day to day activities e.g. shipping, dispatch, team communications

  • Coordinate preparation of materials and agendas for approval meetings

  • Professionally expedite delegated actions from Bid managers.

  • Establish good working relationships with key PA support internally and externally.

  • Attend Workshops and Meetings to capture minutes and actions

  • Attend Workshops and Meetings to capture minutes and actions.

  • Management of Meetings Diary and Absence Register.

  • Raising of administrative requests for office supplies and maintenance.

  • General administrative duties e.g. liaison with cleaning staff.




Competencies



  • PA / Secretarial / Administration experience (minimum 3 years).

  • Word, Excel & Powerpoint to intermediate level as a minimum, preferably advanced level.

  • Preferable database and/or Sharepoint experience, but training will be given.

  • Experience in proofreading would be a distinct advantage.

  • Good interpersonal skills - a team player.

  • Ability to work with complete confidentiality.

  • Highly organised and professional working style.

  • Assertive - deadline driven.

  • Proactive and able to operate on own initiative with minimal supervision.

  • Logical approach to tasks and actions - able to work independently
