My client a charity based in Maidenhead are looking for a Administrator to join their team on a 12 month FTC.

You don't have to have had experience within HR, but if you do that's a bonus! You will be working within the HR team.

You just need to be a strong Administrator for the role.

The successful candidate will assist with Administration across the department and this will include supporting both our Learning & Development and Recruitment teams.

So you must be adaptable, willing to take instructions and at ease with moving from one job to the other.

Main job duties include:

- General HR administration, including recruitment and learning and development.

* Assisting with data cleansing and maintenance of HR records, both hard copy and electronic

* Requesting data from staff and tracking the return of any outstanding information and documents

* Assisting with the HRIS Project, as and when required

* Supporting other HR projects, as required

The hours of work are Monday - Thursday (8:30am - 5:00pm) and Friday (8:30am - 4:30pm)
