Sales Administrator

Location: Maldon

Salary: up to £22,000

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm

Are you looking for a new role? Here at Adecco in Chelmsford, we are proud to be working with a well-established company looking for a sales Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

� Co-ordinate costing sheets between the Costing Team, Design Team, Technical/Packaging Team to ensure full and complete information is provided to a factory for each style costed.

� General customer and supplier support and prompt resolution of queries.

� Regular store visits/shop reports.

� Thorough checking of customer contracts to ensure all prices, quantities and dates are correct to the Group System

� Setting up critical paths for customers to give accurate booking and shipping dates to the customers and factory

� Taking on your own projects and/or accounts for progression

Key Requirements:

� Good organisational skills and time management.

� Good IT skills

� Ability to work under pressure in a team and independently.

� Positive attitude and approach.

� Thorough attention to detail

� Confidence in decision making
