Administrator- Maternity Contract- 12 months



My client based in Colchester is looking for an Administrator to assist a busy office using your great communication skills and organisational skills. Being part of the UK's largest dealerships you will be working amongst a fast paced and first class team.




  • PA duties to the Manager.

  • Producing excel spreadsheets.

  • Adhoc invoicing- so accuracy with numbers is essential.

  • Assisting the workshop team.

  • Proving excellent customer service to all teams and customers in a daily basis.

  • You will be dealing with confidential information, discretion is an absolute must.

  • You may be required to attend trade shows as and when necessary.



A lively and enthusiastic personality is desired to fit well into the team.



Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am-5pm.


24 days' annual leave.


To start: End of March.



If you have excellent knowledge of Microsoft office applications, be advanced with Excel. Have a great eye for detail with the ability to multitask. Be confident, resilient and self-motivated then please call us now for further details!
