Adecco are working in partnership with a market leading client that is looking to recruit an experienced administrator on a temporary ongoing basis.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • To actively record, track and analyse data.

  • To regularly monitor compliance, utilising data reports from the management information systems.

  • To liaise with other teams and to provide an effective and supportive interface between the services.

  • To communicate with teams via email, letter or telephone regarding any issues surrounding compliance and maintain accurate records for tracking purposes.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Have recent administrative knowledge and experience.

  • Have an understanding of the importance of quality assurance.

  • Have proven experience of working in a customer focused environment and building excellent working relationships.

  • IT and keyboard skills, including experience of Microsoft Office applications, including the use of Excel and Word at a good level, along with excellent administrative accuracy.

Monday- Friday 9:00AM -17:30PM

This is a temporary ongoing role.
