Adecco are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client based in Hawarden for an Administrator to join a small, friendly and supportive team on a 12 month fixed term contract. The company specialise in a range of certification and compliance sectors.


The successful candidate will play an integral part in supporting the operation by ensuring clients receive prompt service, the administrative duties are completed and by coordinating the information flow for the company.


Office hours - Monday to Friday.


Salary - £20,000 to £22,000 per annum.

Key responsibilities and duties include:



  • Reporting to the Environmental Team Manager, the successful candidate will act as the central point of contact for customers. Responsibilities are, but not limited to, defined below:

  • To produce a monthly reports

  • To control and issue procedures manuals and review the instrument manuals on a two-year cycle via a quality system database.

  • To control the day to day work of the administration

  • Audits - collate and verify the corrective actions required to clear audit detail reports.

  • Responsible for the planning, organisation and conduct of quality surveillance audits.



Key Skills:



  • Ability to use systems well - IT Literate, bespoke database (in-house), word, excel, outlook etc

  • Ability to work on own initiative

  • Self-motivated

  • Team Player (working with manager and lab)

  • Good communicator (both verbally and written) and ability to communicate on all levels

  • Good Organisation Skills (Ability to Prioritise)

  • Ability to home work during pandemic situation

  • Good level of education

  • Good level of Customer Service experience
