We are currently recruiting an administrator to join on of our clients in Neston on a temporary. This position will suit candidates with excellent organisation and computer skills looking to join a friendly team in a professional environment.


- Data Entry

- Producing certificates

- Mailshot (labelling and filling envelopes)

- Scanning

- General admin duties

- Producing event documentation, signage, badges etc.

- Using office equipment (photocopier, laminator, binding machine_

We are seeking candidates who can display the following;

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Administrative experience

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software

- Ability to prioritise and organise own workload

- Ability to use own initiative and work with minimal supervision

- Ability to follow instructions

This role is initially temporary starting on 18/11/19 until 20/12/19.

Hours - Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
