We are working with a very well respected company based in Newbury town centre on a temporary basis. Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team.

General Office:

* General errands

* Receptionist duties:

  • Answering and directing telephone calls

  • Greeting, directing, and ensuring comfort of guests

  • Organising post and couriers

  • Researching and booking employee travel and accommodation

  • Filing, archiving and maintaining high standards of tidiness in the office

  • Ensuring the meeting rooms are tidy at all times.

Administration (including, but not limited to)

* Copying, scanning and saving of final documents

* Distributing final documentation electronically to agents/customers

* Uploading final copy of documentation to cieTrade and updating the system for carrier store reporting

* Running reports

* Checking packing lists

* Data Input - as and when required

Providing comprehensive assistance to members of staff as and when required.

Measures of Performance

* Reliability/dependability as measured by attendance record.

* Accurate and Prompt Sales Administration performance

* Customer satisfaction with Sales Service

* Innovation in reducing/simplifying admin load of office.

* Maintenance of high standards of tidiness in office.
