Brief description of duties
- Meeting minute taking/typing/circulation
- Meeting papers production and circulation, typically call for agenda items/papers for meeting document packs/possible updating of documents
- Meeting scheduling - attendee confirmation and recording of apologies
- Diary management for team colleagues
- General admin assistance
Skills and Experience Required
- Background: Administrator experience with IT/Digital experience preferably gained within a University/College setting.
