Our client is currently seeking a part-time Personal Assistant to assist the Director of a Data Analyst Consultancy.

This is a temporary ongoing role with an immediate start working 1-2 days per week depending on the demand of work. This will continue to September, and will then increase to 1-3 days per week to cover the Director when they go on Maternity Leave. You will need to be fully committed from September for 6-9 months and if all goes well, there is permanent opportunity.

The shifts are fully flexible, work from home, minimum pay rate £12p/hr but can negotiate.

We are looking for someone with PA/Admin experience, good communication skills, polite and professional over the phone as will be dealing with high level clients.

The duties of the role includes:

- Answering calls and emails

- Filing documents on their internal system

- Minute taking

- Coordinating contractors

- General Admin tasks.
