Our client is one of the UK's leading organisations in their field, consistently growing in strength and coverage. Due to an increase in business they are looking for a skilled Administrator to join them on a temporary basis up to the end of 2022.


This role is available on a remote working basis but the candidate must be prepared to attend the office in Penrith, Cumbria on an occasional basis.


ABOUT THE ROLE


Working as part of their Operations Team, the duties will be wide and varied. The operations team support the administration of all academy activity. Duties will include the following:



  • Support and respond to the email Inbox and inbound phone calls, including skills advisory enquiries

  • Administration of End Point Assessment activity

  • Support the generation of certificates for candidates and manage the Certification Inbox

  • Support the invoicing courses and candidates as required

  • Support the distribution and collection of contracts and annual registration

  • Support the checking of prerequisites and releasing of certificates on the Academy online platform

  • Other general office duties as required


ABOUT YOU


Skills & Knowledge


Essential



  • GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook

  • General office administration, data entry, support or commercial experience Skills & Knowledge -


Desirable



  • Knowledge of the engineering and building services industry
