Adecco are currently recruiting for a company based in Perth, for a 6 month maternity cover contract. To be considered for this role you must have high attention to detail and have confidence whilst dealing with people. You will be working hand in hand with Manger.


Main duties will include:



  • Fielding calls from clients making enquiries about property lettings and sales

  • Organising viewings, answering incoming emails via the Reapit system

  • Processing end of month fees

  • Month end billings

  • Typing reports, dictation

  • Processing Anti Money laundering

  • Good telephone manner

  • Meet tight deadlines

  • High attention to detail

  • Raising fees so good with numbers

  • Month end billings

  • Taking in mail, ordering stationery

  • Properties to go live in May so maybe busy around this period

  • Excellent multitasker

  • Genuine interest in the client base (people person)


Confidence and enthusiasm will make you go far in this position. You must be adaptable with people from all different backgrounds as you will be communicating with a range of clients on a daily basis.
