We are currently looking for an Administrator to join the brilliant team at Devon & Cornwall Police at Crownhill in Plymouth. This is a full time position for 5 months, providing a professional and confidential administrative service.


  • Maintaining records - paper and electronic

  • Provide diary management and administrative support to the Superintendent / head of department

  • Meeting administrative tasks including booking venues, meeting invitations, taking minutes and sending out actions

  • Handling telephone and face to face queries

  • General office duties

  • Travel arrangements


  • Experience using MS Office

  • Ability to work effectively without close supervision

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
