Adecco are proudly recruiting for an Administrator for our industry-leading financial services client based in the Porthmadog area.

Working hours: The position is permanent and full-time, 37.5 hrs. Working hours: M-F 09:00-17:00

Holidays and Benefits: 20 days+ BH, increasing with length of service. Benefits including:

Salary: £18,000 - £19,000 p/a

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating telephone and being first point of call for customer queries

  • Admin support for relevant departments

  • Data entry and credit control support

  • Developing action plans for customers

  • Monitoring of email inbox

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • A warm, positive and professional telephone manner

  • Confident with MS Office packages

  • A team player who is willing to support colleagues

  • Previous experience within customer service or admin is advantageous but not essential
