We are currently recruiting for an Administrator for our client based within the Portsmouth Area.

This role is to cover maternity leave. You will be playing a vital part in the department, the role is to ensure that from the moment you receive the customer's order, the correct procedures are followed.

Key requirements:

  • Processing customer orders

  • Meeting various deadlines

  • Raising sales orders for dispatch

  • Liaising with accounts/booking

  • Regularly checking stock levels

  • Taking general enquiries by either telephone, email or fax

  • Building a strong rapport with new and existing customers

  • Create proforma invoices for new customers

  • Processing/Placing supplier purchase orders

  • Liaising with external third-party suppliers and have the correct information required e.g.

  • Pricing orders for customers

  • Updating various activity logs within the department

  • Achieve KPIs

  • Any additional tasks given by the Line Manager
