My client is looking for an experienced Administrator who is good at checking for accuracy and quality within a busy office environment.

You will be supporting the team with admin and office duties to help keep the operation running ship shape!

Typical duties would include;

  • inputting, collation and dispatch of documents

  • opening and distributing incoming mail, scanning documents to clients, photocopying and topping up stationery and ordering same

  • fully supporting the team in timely and accurate dispatch of client documents as directed

  • supporting Sales manager with ad-hoc administrative tasks as directed

  • maintaining exceptional quality of work in order to meet agreed business targets

  • liaising with key stakeholders to the business to maintain quality relationships

Experience we seek;

  • Working within a business where accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft packages such as word.

  • An understanding of the Financial Conduct Authority FCA regulations.

  • Prioritising and organisational skills, whilst working to meet deadlines.
