A well-established manufacturing company on the close Outskirts of Colchester are hiring for an Administrator to support in the procurement department.

Outskirts of Colchester

Full time - Monday - Friday 37 hours per week - 8:30am -5pm

£11.43ph-£12.47ph +Holiday, Pension & Adecco Benefits

Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

  • Provide admin support to the procurement team

  • Updating internal reports & supply chain related information

  • Ensure all non-conformance issues and accounts invoices are dealt with in a timely manner

  • Attend department meetings

Key skills:

  • Strong competent administrator

  • Good communication skills, both internal, local, and oversea suppliers

  • Well organised, capable of working on own initiative, a self-starter

  • Proficient in all MS Office systems

  • Ideally purchasing and supply chain experience
