We are representing a client in Sheffield who is looking for someone to join their team on a temporary basis for 3 months.


Duties include:




  • Create appointment schedules for field staff and provide full details to the client including confirmation letters.

  • Answer queries from the clients regarding company programmes the same working day.

  • Provide support and information to other department when requested

  • Update the database with reports provided by the field team within the client specific SLAs.

  • Answering inbound telephone calls within agreed timescales. All voice mails to be responded to within 6 hours.

  • Administering questionnaires to clients

  • General admin support as required

  • Assisting new members of staff during induction and probation periods

  • Assisting with colleagues work during absences

  • Attending meetings and training sessions as required

  • Any other request made by a Manager or Director

  • Providing holiday cover within the health surveillance team

  • Experience in an office environment is desirable

  • Experience of dealing with clients/customers is desirable

  • Knowledge of Outlook and Word is essential and knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is desirable.

  • Experience in diary management is desirable.

  • Experience within a role requiring good geographical knowledge is desirable.

Opening hours between 8am - 6pm (37.5 hours per week - Hours to be confirmed by the manager)
