£10.30 per hour
Temporary role - 8 weeks

Driving licence and access to a car is essential.

  • Maintain up to date, accurate and accessible records - both computerised and manual.

  • Visiting tenants

  • Organise payment options for the customers with outstanding amounts on all accounts.

  • Collect current contact details of all customers who owe debts.

  • Monitor the former tenant, recharges and any other sundry debt account and take appropriate action for the duration in post.

  • Update the system and files with actions and contact details.

  • Visiting tenants on pre termination inspections.

  • To attend team meetings, briefings, staff conferences, training and personal development meetings.

  • Build good working relationships with team members, internal and external customers and contacts.

  • To ensure the highest standards of confidentiality are maintained at all
