Experienced administrator required:



  • Ideally experience within a financial planning practice

  • Full time office hours 9am to 5pm, not suitable for homeworking

  • Good with people, comfortable on the phone and a team player Problem solving and client centred approach

  • Proactive approach, thinking ahead and ownership of tasks.

  • Support a financial adviser in preparation for meetings, follow up from meetings, annual reviews and general client generated tasks

  • Assist a financial adviser in managing workload, keeping track of tasks

  • Proof reading letters, strong grasp of grammar/punctuation

  • General administrative and reception duties including monitoring adviser email, diary update, telephone calls and incoming post in adviser's absence Liaise with clients and product providers

  • Manage smooth running of client income withdrawals
