Adecco are looking for a professional and experienced administrator to work for our well established client located in Stoke on Trent, ST1 area. Applicants will need to possess good communication skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to a small but busy HR team. Tasks will involve processing references and offers of employment, preparing documents, handling queries and data entry.
The successful candidate will be an organised and self motivated individual with good knowledge of IT systems including Outlook and Excel. You will be required to meet deadlines and able to prioritise your own workload. This is a temporary role for 6 months, working full time hours Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm with 1 hours for lunch. rate of pay from £11.50ph.
