Adecco are looking for a professional and experienced administrator to join our busy client located in the Newcastle area. Applicants will need to be self motivated and forward thinking, previous administrative experience is a must. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to a small but busy team. You will be responsible for manning the switchboard, preparing contracts and uploading reports onto systems. Other tasks may involve assisting with HR and holiday queries.

This is a temporary role for two months initially but could be extended for the right person. Full time hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm. Rate pf pay from £10.50ph. Immediate start required.

Candidate Requirements-

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Previous administrative experience

  • Good computer skills- Knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel and Outlook

  • Attention to detail

  • Self motivated

  • Organised and ability to prioritise on workload

  • Friendly and outgoing attitude
